Standards

We will not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour towards our team members, consultants, students, contractors or other individuals engaged with us. Likewise, we will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards other clients.

 

This applies to our premises, during site visits, online, or on social media. If you behave in such a manner, you will be asked to leave our premises immediately, and you will then be notified in writing that you must find an alternative provider of care for your pet.
